Job Title: Graphic Designer

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our dynamic design team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visually appealing designs for various marketing and branding materials. The ideal candidate should possess a strong eye for detail, a passion for design, and the ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Develop creative concepts and design solutions that align with the brand's visual identity.
• Create designs for a wide range of materials including but not limited to, digital and print advertisements, social media graphics, packaging, and promotional materials.
• Utilize various design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, to develop and execute designs.
• Create and present design ideas and concepts to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions to designs.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve design skills and processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Knowledge of print production and pre-press processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
