About the Role: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Project Manager to join our team. As the IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing various IT projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery while maintaining high quality and meeting business objectives. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for all IT projects, responsible for project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource management
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Develop and maintain a detailed project plan including project timelines, milestones, and dependencies
• Monitor project progress, identify and resolve any issues or risks that may arise, and communicate project status to stakeholders
• Manage project budget and resources, ensuring projects are delivered within the allocated budget and resources are utilized efficiently
• Conduct regular team meetings to review project progress, discuss upcoming tasks, and address any concerns
• Facilitate and maintain effective communication between all project stakeholders, including internal teams, external vendors, and clients
• Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project charters, scope statements, and project reports
• Promote a positive team culture, motivate team members, and provide support and guidance when needed
• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to increase project efficiency and success

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools
• Experience in managing multiple IT projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
