Job Overview: The Instructional Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating instructional programs and materials to enhance the learning experience of our students. They will work closely with teachers, administrators, and other staff members to ensure that our curriculum meets the needs of our students and aligns with our educational goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, a passion for learning, and excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement instructional programs and materials that align with the school's curriculum and educational goals.
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for addressing them.
• Conduct research and stay updated on current educational trends and best practices to continuously improve our instructional programs.
• Provide training and support to teachers on effective instructional strategies and techniques.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of instructional programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal learning outcomes.
• Develop and maintain relationships with educational partners and organizations to enhance our instructional programs.
• Monitor and track student progress to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for interventions.
• Assist with the development and implementation of assessment tools to measure student learning outcomes.
• Serve as a mentor and resource for teachers, providing guidance and support in instructional design and delivery.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current on educational trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or a similar role.
• Knowledge of educational theories, principles, and best practices.
• Strong understanding of curriculum development and instructional design.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and build relationships with educational partners and organizations.
• Proficiency in educational technology and instructional software.
• Experience in assessment development and data analysis.
• Passion for education and a commitment to continuous learning.
