Job Title: Technology Solutions Consultant

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Technology Solutions Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Technology Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our clients in order to help them optimize their technology solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of various technology platforms, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in regards to their technology solutions
• Conduct thorough analysis of client needs and provide appropriate recommendations for technology solutions
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and assist with client presentations
• Implement and configure technology solutions according to client specifications
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for clients, ensuring timely resolution of any issues
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in technology solutions in order to provide the best possible service to clients

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in a technology consulting role, preferably working with multiple clients
• Strong understanding of various technology platforms and solutions, including but not limited to cloud computing, data analytics, and cybersecurity
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven ability to problem-solve and think critically in high-pressure situations
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with client-facing presentations and relationship management
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
