About the Role: We are seeking a highly creative and talented Visual Designer to join our team. As a Visual Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that effectively communicate our brand's message and vision. You will work closely with our marketing and design teams to produce high-quality visual content for a variety of platforms, including print, digital, and social media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create visual content for all marketing materials, including but not limited to brochures, flyers, social media graphics, website banners, and email campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual concepts and strategies that align with our brand and marketing objectives.
• Develop and maintain a consistent visual style and brand identity across all marketing materials.
• Create mockups and prototypes to present design ideas and concepts to stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and techniques, and implement them into our visual content.
• Conduct research and gather inspiration from various sources to inform the design process.
• Ensure all designs are visually appealing, user-friendly, and align with our brand guidelines.
• Work closely with the design team to ensure all designs are executed to the highest standard and meet project deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in visual design, preferably in a marketing or advertising setting.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work, including print and digital projects.
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present and explain design concepts to non-designers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Highly creative, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for design.
• Experience with video editing and animation is a plus.
