Job Overview: As a Textile Designer, you will play a crucial role in the development of new fabrics and designs for our company. You will be responsible for creating unique and trendy designs that meet the needs and demands of our customers. Your creativity, attention to detail, and technical skills will be put to the test as you bring your designs to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and analyze market trends to identify new and emerging design concepts
• Collaborate with the design team to develop new ideas for fabrics and products
• Create original designs using traditional and digital methods such as hand-drawing, CAD software, and 3D rendering
• Develop a range of design options and present them to the team for consideration
• Work closely with production and sales teams to ensure that designs meet the company's standards and customer requirements
• Conduct color and material research to determine the best options for each design
• Prepare detailed technical specifications and instructions for the production team
• Stay updated with industry developments and techniques to enhance design processes
• Manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines while maintaining the highest level of quality

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Textile Designer or a similar role
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of designs and techniques
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and CAD programs
• In-depth knowledge of fabrics, colors, and trends
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working on multiple projects
