Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Sustainability Services Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to our clients in implementing sustainable practices and achieving their sustainability goals. As a Sustainability Services Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of industries and organizations, making a positive impact on the environment and society.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct sustainability assessments and develop customized sustainability plans for clients based on their specific needs and goals.
• Collaborate with clients to identify and prioritize areas for improvement in their sustainability practices.
• Research and analyze data related to energy, water, waste, and other sustainability metrics to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency.
• Provide guidance and support to clients in implementing sustainable practices, such as renewable energy strategies, waste reduction initiatives, and sustainable supply chain management.
• Develop and deliver educational workshops and training programs to help clients understand and implement sustainable practices.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sustainability to continuously improve our services and offerings.
• Act as a liaison between clients and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with sustainability regulations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their evolving sustainability needs and provide ongoing support and guidance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sustainability strategies and initiatives for the company.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sustainability, environmental consulting, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of sustainability principles and practices, as well as current trends and regulations.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret and analyze data.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively present complex information to diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Passion for sustainability and making a positive impact on the environment and society.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
