Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA Manager to join our growing team. As a QA Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance process and ensuring that our products/services meet the highest standards. You will work closely with our development, design, and product teams to ensure that our products/services are tested thoroughly and meet the requirements of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure the highest level of quality in our products/services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and define project requirements and specifications
• Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure thorough testing of all products/services
• Perform manual and automated testing on all products/services
• Identify and report any defects or issues found during testing and work with the development team to resolve them
• Track and analyze test results to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to the development team
• Manage a team of QA engineers, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
• Communicate with stakeholders to provide status updates on testing progress and any issues that arise
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and advancements in QA methodologies and tools

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5 years of experience in a QA role, preferably in a Computer Networking company
• 5 years of experience in a leadership/management role
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Experience with manual and automated testing
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Passion for delivering high-quality products/services to clients
