Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Academic Program Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Academic Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of our academic programs. You will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our academic programs by collaborating with faculty, staff, and students to create a positive learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement academic programs in alignment with the institution's mission and goals.
• Collaborate with faculty to design and revise curriculum, ensuring that it meets industry standards and prepares students for their future careers.
• Oversee the scheduling of classes and manage course offerings to ensure a well-rounded academic experience for students.
• Monitor and analyze program performance and make recommendations for improvements to enhance the overall quality of the program.
• Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
• Build and maintain relationships with external organizations to promote the program and create opportunities for students.
• Collaborate with academic advisors to provide guidance and support to students throughout their academic journey.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and regulations.
• Oversee the recruitment, hiring, and training of faculty and staff for the program.
• Lead program evaluation and assessment efforts to track student outcomes and make data-informed decisions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working in higher education, with at least 2 years in a program management role.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in curriculum development and program evaluation.
• Knowledge of accreditation standards and regulations.
• Proficiency in budget management and resource allocation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
