Position: Passenger Transport Operations Coordinator

Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Passenger Transport Operations Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all aspects of passenger transport operations, ensuring smooth and efficient operations for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage all transportation services for passengers, including scheduling, routing, and vehicle allocation.
• Work closely with drivers and other team members to ensure timely and safe pick-up and drop-off of passengers.
• Monitor and track vehicle maintenance and repairs, ensuring all vehicles are in compliance with safety regulations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with transportation service providers to ensure a high level of service for our clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify new transportation opportunities and provide support for proposal development.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of transportation operations, including schedules, routes, and billing information.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing and resolving any issues or complaints from clients.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve transportation services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in transportation operations management.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and transportation management systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and transportation laws.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
