Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute innovative design concepts for print, digital, and social media campaigns
Create high-quality and visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various projects including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and website design
Understand project objectives and requirements and translate them into creative designs that align with the brand's visual identity
Stay updated with the latest design trends and techniques to continuously improve our design output
Review and provide feedback on designs created by junior designers
Work closely with the marketing and content teams to ensure that all designs meet the project's objectives and are delivered in a timely manner
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
Ensure all designs are consistent with the brand's guidelines and standards
Maintain and organize design files and assets for future use

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software
Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to take creative direction and work independently
Time management and multitasking skills
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and design quality
Experience in creating designs for both print and digital media
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design is a plus
