Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Packaging Operator to join our team at Craft Corps Manufacturing. This role is crucial to our manufacturing process as you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are efficiently and accurately packaged in accordance with company standards. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor packaging machinery to ensure the proper packaging of products.
• Conduct quality checks on packaged products to ensure they meet company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and sanitation regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with packaging machinery.
• Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or discrepancies.
• Assist with the training of new packaging operators.
• Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with basic machine operation and troubleshooting.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
