Job Title: Education Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and passionate Education Coordinator to join our team. As the Education Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of educational programs and initiatives. You will work closely with teachers, administrators, and other staff members to ensure that our educational programs are effective, engaging, and in line with our organization's mission and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teachers to design and implement curriculum that aligns with educational standards and meets the needs of students
• Develop and maintain educational resources, such as lesson plans, handouts, and study materials
• Conduct regular evaluations of educational programs to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments
• Coordinate and schedule guest speakers, field trips, and other educational events
• Manage the budget for educational programs, ensuring efficient use of resources
• Stay up-to-date with the latest educational trends, methods, and technologies to continually enhance our programs
• Communicate with parents and other stakeholders to provide updates on educational programs and solicit feedback
• Oversee the training and development of teachers to ensure high-quality instruction
• Collaborate with other Education Coordinators to share best practices and resources
• Maintain accurate records and reports on the progress and effectiveness of educational programs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in educational program development and coordination
• Strong understanding of educational standards and curriculum development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other educational software programs
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Passion for education and a commitment to providing high-quality educational experiences for students
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of stakeholders
• Bilingual candidates preferred
