Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Curriculum Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Curriculum Specialist, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing curriculum materials and programs for our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our curriculum meets the needs of our learners and aligns with our organization's goals and objectives. You will work closely with our team of educators, subject matter experts, and instructional designers to develop high-quality and engaging curriculum materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our organization's goals, objectives, and target audience
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning objectives and content for curriculum materials
• Design and develop curriculum materials, including lesson plans, activities, assessments, and other learning resources
• Ensure that curriculum materials are aligned with industry standards and best practices
• Conduct thorough research to identify the most effective teaching methods and instructional strategies
• Continuously evaluate and improve existing curriculum materials to ensure effectiveness and relevance
• Collaborate with instructional designers to incorporate instructional technology and multimedia into curriculum materials
• Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as vendors and educational institutions, to enhance curriculum development efforts
• Provide training and support to educators on the use of curriculum materials
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in education and curriculum design to inform and improve our curriculum materials

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Curriculum Design, or a related field
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in curriculum development or instructional design
• Strong understanding of curriculum development principles and best practices
• Excellent research, writing, and editing skills
• Proficient in instructional technology and multimedia tools
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for education and commitment to continuous learning and improvement
