Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Packaging Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Packaging Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that all packaging materials and products meet our company's quality standards. You will work closely with our production and quality control teams to identify any issues or defects in the packaging process and implement solutions to improve product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine quality checks on packaging materials and finished products to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve any packaging defects or issues in a timely manner.
• Develop and implement quality control measures to improve packaging processes and reduce waste.
• Conduct audits of packaging equipment to ensure proper functioning and maintenance.
• Monitor and report on packaging trends and defects to management.
• Work closely with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming packaging materials.
• Train and educate production teams on quality standards and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities and provide reports to management as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations related to packaging materials and processes.
• Implement and maintain a quality management system for packaging operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Packaging Science, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality assurance role within the packaging industry.
• Strong understanding of packaging materials, processes, and quality standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve packaging defects.
• Experience with quality control methods and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of FDA regulations and ISO standards is a plus.
