Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop solutions using machine learning techniques
Design and develop machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems
Implement and maintain scalable machine learning pipelines
Analyze and preprocess data to ensure quality and accuracy for model training
Conduct experiments and perform model evaluation to improve performance and accuracy
Develop and deploy machine learning models into production
Monitor and maintain existing machine learning models and make necessary updates and improvements
Stay current with the latest advancements and trends in machine learning and recommend new technologies and techniques to improve our processes and models
Communicate technical concepts and results to non-technical stakeholders

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in machine learning
Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
Experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
Strong understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms, such as regression, classification, and clustering
Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model selection
Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and tools, such as AWS or GCP
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Experience with software development and agile methodologies is a plus
