Position: Education Program Coordinator

Overview: We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Education Program Coordinator to join our team. As the Education Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the daily operations of our education programs. This role requires a highly organized individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact in the community.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement educational programs for students of all ages, including curriculum development, lesson planning, and assessment.
• Collaborate with teachers and school administrators to ensure program alignment with educational standards and objectives.
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of volunteers to assist with program delivery.
• Manage program budgets and maintain accurate records of expenses.
• Coordinate and schedule program activities and events, including field trips, guest speakers, and workshops.
• Communicate with parents and guardians to provide program updates and gather feedback.
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated on current trends and best practices in education to continuously improve program offerings.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with community organizations and other stakeholders to support program goals.
• Prepare reports and presentations to share program outcomes and impact with stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Child Development, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in program coordination or management.
• Strong understanding of educational standards and curriculum development.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience working with diverse populations, including children and families from various backgrounds.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for education and commitment to making a positive impact in the community.
