ExpressDeliver is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Express Delivery Specialist to join our team. As an Express Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods to our customers. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our company's reputation for excellent service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and organize daily delivery routes to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers
• Monitor and track delivery progress, and communicate any delays or issues to customers
• Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints regarding delivery services
• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate and efficient loading and unloading of goods
• Maintain and update delivery records and reports
• Monitor and maintain delivery vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition
• Ensure all safety regulations and protocols are followed during delivery operations
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
• Continuously look for ways to improve delivery processes and suggest innovative solutions
• Train and mentor new delivery team members as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in delivery operations, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficient in using delivery tracking systems and other relevant software
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and evenings, as needed
