Job Title: Career Coach

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Career Coach to join our team. As a Career Coach, you will play a vital role in guiding and assisting individuals in achieving their career goals. You will work closely with clients to assess their skills, interests, and values, and provide them with personalized career development plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in career counseling and a passion for helping others achieve success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one career coaching sessions with clients to assess their skills, interests, and values
• Assist clients in identifying their career goals and developing a plan to achieve them
• Provide guidance and support to clients in all aspects of their job search, including resume and cover letter writing, networking, and interviewing
• Utilize various career assessment tools to help clients gain a better understanding of their strengths and weaknesses
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and job market information to provide accurate and relevant advice to clients
• Collaborate with other career coaches and professionals to share best practices and resources
• Conduct workshops and presentations on career-related topics to groups of clients
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress
• Continuously evaluate and improve coaching methods to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in career counseling or coaching
• Certification in career coaching or counseling is preferred
• Strong understanding of career development theories and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
• Proven track record of helping clients achieve their career goals
• Proficient in using career assessment tools and databases
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for helping others succeed in their careers
