Job Overview: As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the transportation and distribution of goods for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all shipments are delivered on time and in compliance with company policies and procedures. You will work closely with various departments, including warehouse, procurement, and transportation, to coordinate the flow of goods and materials. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that requires exceptional communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end logistics process, including coordinating shipments, tracking deliveries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
• Maintain accurate records of all shipments, including invoices, bills of lading, and customs documents.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to replenish stock as needed.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to schedule and prioritize shipments based on customer demand.
• Negotiate rates and contracts with carriers to ensure cost-effective transportation solutions.
• Continuously improve logistics processes and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of transportation, distribution, and supply chain management.
• Strong understanding of customs regulations and international shipping procedures.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
