Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Courier to join our team. The Courier will be responsible for the timely and efficient delivery of various types of packages, documents, and materials to designated locations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver packages, documents, and materials to designated locations using various modes of transportation, such as car, motorcycle, or bicycle
• Plan and prioritize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient delivery
• Ensure packages are properly secured and protected during transportation
• Obtain necessary signatures and paperwork for proof of delivery
• Communicate any delays or issues with deliveries to the appropriate parties
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including delivery times, locations, and any issues encountered
• Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations while operating company vehicles or equipment
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on company vehicles or equipment
• Assist with loading and unloading of packages and materials as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Previous experience in a delivery or courier role is preferred
• Knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Must be able to lift and carry packages up to 50 pounds
• Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation apps
• Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends as needed
