Job Title: Housekeeper

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our clients' homes. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills, the ability to work independently, and a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general housekeeping duties such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing
• Ensure all rooms are well-stocked with supplies and amenities
• Change linens and make beds according to client preferences
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas
• Organize and tidy up living spaces, including closets and cabinets
• Handle laundry and ironing tasks as needed
• Report any damages or maintenance issues to the appropriate channels
• Follow established health and safety guidelines at all times
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with clients and team members
• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role
• Excellent time management and organization skills
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot cleanliness issues
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and methods
• Familiarity with safety and hygiene standards
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
