PharmaTech Pharmaceuticals is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Research and Development Scientist to join our dynamic team. As a Research and Development Scientist, you will be responsible for conducting research, designing experiments, and developing new products or technologies. You will work closely with a team of scientists and engineers to drive innovation and bring new ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and experiments to develop new products or improve existing ones
• Design and execute experiments, analyze data, and interpret results
• Develop and optimize processes for the production of new products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, product developers, and marketing to ensure successful product development
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to identify new opportunities for product development
• Prepare technical reports, presentations, and patent applications
• Manage and maintain laboratory equipment and supplies
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in the lab
• Train and mentor junior scientists and interns

Qualifications:

• A Ph.D. in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in research and development in a relevant industry
• Strong knowledge of scientific principles and techniques, with hands-on experience in experimental design and data analysis
• Proficiency in using various laboratory equipment and techniques such as HPLC, GC, PCR, and NMR
• Proven track record of successfully developing and launching new products or technologies
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Experience in managing projects and leading teams is a plus
