Job Title: Curriculum Coordinator

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Curriculum Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing curriculum plans, materials, and assessments for our educational programs. As a Curriculum Coordinator, you will collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure that our curriculum aligns with the latest standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement curriculum plans, materials, and assessments for various educational programs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with standards and best practices
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest educational trends and developments
• Provide professional development opportunities for teachers to support their implementation of curriculum plans
• Analyze data and make recommendations for improvements to the curriculum
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the curriculum and make necessary adjustments
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners to enhance curriculum offerings
• Manage the budget for curriculum development and materials
• Train and support teachers in the use of curriculum materials and resources
• Collaborate with other Curriculum Coordinators to ensure consistency across programs and grade levels
• Communicate with parents and other stakeholders about curriculum plans and updates

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• At least 3 years of experience in curriculum development or coordination
• Strong knowledge of educational standards and best practices
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
• Experience with instructional design and assessment development
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other educational software
• Knowledge of budget management and resource allocation
• Experience in providing professional development and training to teachers
• Passion for education and continuous learning
