Numera Accounting is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, creating reports, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Prepare and maintain financial models to forecast future performance and assess risks.
Analyze and interpret financial data to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
Monitor and report on key financial metrics, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and key stakeholders.
Collaborate with various departments to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
Participate in ad-hoc financial projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a corporate environment.
Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
CPA or CFA designation is a plus.
