Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Semiconductor Quality Control Engineer to join our team. As a Quality Control Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our semiconductor products. You will work closely with our manufacturing and engineering teams to identify and resolve any quality issues, as well as implement quality control processes to maintain high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and processes to improve product quality and reduce defects.
• Analyze data and trends to identify potential quality issues and develop solutions to prevent them from recurring.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Create and maintain quality documentation, including quality plans, reports, and procedures.
• Train and educate employees on quality control procedures and best practices.
• Conduct audits of manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in quality control practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in semiconductor quality control.
• Strong knowledge of quality control processes and procedures.
• Proficient in statistical analysis and quality tools, such as Six Sigma and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and other quality management systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Willingness to travel if needed.
