Job Title: Education Program Coordinator

Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and driven Education Program Coordinator to join our team. The Education Program Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of our education programs, including curriculum development, program implementation, and evaluation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, exceptional communication and organizational skills, and a passion for making a positive impact on the lives of students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement innovative and engaging curriculum for education programs that align with the organization's mission and goals
• Collaborate with teachers and education experts to ensure program content is relevant and up-to-date
• Coordinate with schools and community organizations to schedule and promote education programs
• Manage all logistics for program implementation, including scheduling, materials, and facilities
• Recruit, train, and supervise program volunteers and instructors
• Monitor program progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and effectiveness
• Collect and analyze data to measure program impact and make recommendations for improvement
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including schools, community organizations, and donors
• Assist with fundraising efforts to support education programs
• Stay up-to-date with trends and developments in the education field and make recommendations for program enhancements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in program coordination or management, preferably in an educational setting
• Strong background in curriculum development and instruction
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Experience working with diverse populations and adapting programs to meet their needs
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Knowledge of data collection and analysis methods
