Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive youth ministry program for students in middle and high school.
Plan and lead engaging and relevant weekly youth group meetings, retreats, and special events.
Create and teach biblically-based lessons that are relevant to the lives of young adults.
Build strong relationships with students and their families to provide spiritual guidance and support.
Recruit, train, and lead a team of volunteers to assist with youth ministry activities.
Collaborate with other ministry leaders to create a seamless and cohesive approach to overall church ministry.
Stay up-to-date with current trends and issues affecting youth to effectively connect and communicate with them.
Participate in regular staff meetings and contribute to the overall vision and mission of the church.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in theology, ministry, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience working in youth ministry or a similar role.
Strong understanding of biblical principles and the ability to effectively communicate them to young adults.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to relate to and connect with young adults from various backgrounds.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team of volunteers.
Passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of young adults and helping them grow in their faith.
