Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all offshore operations, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, regulations, and company policies

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including offshore personnel, contractors, and vendors

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute offshore projects, including resource allocation, budget management, and timeline adherence

Conduct regular audits and inspections of offshore facilities to identify and address any potential safety hazards or operational inefficiencies

Monitor and analyze offshore operations data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements

Manage and troubleshoot any issues that arise during offshore operations, working closely with onshore teams to find timely and effective solutions

Train and mentor new offshore personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure their success in their roles

Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve offshore operations processes and procedures

Foster a culture of safety and excellence within the offshore operations team, promoting a positive work environment and encouraging continuous learning and growth

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in offshore operations, preferably in the Outsourcing & Offshoring

Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders

Proven experience in problem-solving and decision-making, with a solution-oriented mindset

In-depth knowledge of offshore operations processes, regulations, and industry best practices

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team

Willingness to travel and work in remote offshore locations for extended periods of time

Valid offshore safety certifications (e.g. BOSIET, HUET, H2S) are preferred
