Position: Property Rental Manager

Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and driven Property Rental Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our rental properties. As the Property Rental Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of rental properties, ensuring they are maintained and managed efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of property management, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of rental properties, including single-family homes, multi-unit buildings, and commercial properties.
• Market rental properties to attract potential tenants and conduct thorough screenings to ensure quality tenants are selected.
• Develop and maintain relationships with current tenants, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained and in compliance with safety and health regulations.
• Oversee rent collection, lease renewals, and eviction processes as necessary.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance for rental properties, ensuring all work is completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Keep detailed records of all rental properties, including financial records, maintenance logs, and tenant information.
• Stay up-to-date on rental laws and regulations to ensure compliance and avoid legal issues.
• Monitor and manage property budgets, ensuring financial goals are met.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective advertising strategies for rental properties.
• Keep current on market trends and competitor activity to make informed decisions and maintain competitive rental rates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in property management, preferably in rental properties.
• Strong understanding of local and state rental laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proven track record of managing multiple properties and maintaining high occupancy rates.
• Knowledge of marketing strategies and techniques for rental properties.
