About the Job: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and services to our clients, ensuring the smooth operation of our products in the field. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair our products on customer sites in a timely and efficient manner
• Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure the optimal functioning of our products
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing on-site and remote support to customers
• Utilize diagnostic tools and techniques to identify and resolve problems
• Train customers on the proper use and maintenance of our products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions to complex technical issues
• Provide regular updates and reports to management on service activities and customer feedback
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and new technologies to continuously improve service delivery
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on customer sites
• Travel to various customer sites within assigned territory as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong technical background with knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and computer systems
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
