Job Title: E-Learning Content Developer

Position Overview: We are seeking an innovative and creative E-Learning Content Developer to join our dynamic team. As an E-Learning Content Developer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and interactive content for our online learning platform. This role requires a strong understanding of instructional design, multimedia production, and e-learning technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize instructional design principles to design and develop e-learning content that meets the learning objectives and engages the target audience.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and analyze content, and translate it into effective and interactive learning experiences.
• Design and develop multimedia elements, such as videos, animations, and interactive simulations, to enhance the learning experience.
• Use authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate, to create e-learning courses that are compatible with various devices and platforms.
• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure the accuracy and functionality of the e-learning content.
• Keep up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in e-learning and instructional design.
• Work closely with the E-Learning team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality e-learning content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote and market the e-learning courses.
• Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the e-learning courses based on feedback and analytics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in instructional design, e-learning content development, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and e-learning technology.
• Proficient in using authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia.
• Experience with graphic design, video production, and audio recording/editing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of SCORM and other e-learning standards is a plus.
