Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and user needs in order to create effective and user-friendly designs.
Conduct user research to gather insights and identify pain points in the user journey.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups to communicate design concepts and ideas.
Develop user personas, user flows, and journey maps to guide the design process.
Work closely with developers and product managers to ensure that designs are feasible and meet technical requirements.
Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and make necessary design iterations.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX design.
Advocate for user-centered design principles and ensure that they are incorporated into all aspects of the design process.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final designs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in UX design, graphic design, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX design.
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of UX design projects.
Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, InVision, etc.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Detail-oriented with a strong eye for visual design.
Passion for creating intuitive and user-friendly designs.
