Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of civil engineers, technicians, and contractors to effectively plan, design, and execute various civil engineering projects.
Oversee the entire project life cycle, including conceptual design, feasibility studies, cost estimation, and construction documentation.
Utilize advanced software and technology to produce detailed designs, plans, and drawings.
Conduct site visits and surveys to gather necessary data for project planning and design.
Coordinate with various stakeholders including clients, architects, contractors, and local authorities to ensure compliance with regulations and project requirements.
Perform thorough technical reviews of project plans and specifications to ensure accuracy and adherence to industry standards.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Conduct risk assessments and implement effective strategies to mitigate potential issues.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality control.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on project management.
Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
Extensive knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and design standards.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant software.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Familiarity with project management software is a plus.
Willingness to travel and work on-site as needed.
