Key Responsibilities:

Conduct property tours for potential tenants, highlighting the features and benefits of each property
Respond to inquiries from potential tenants in a timely and professional manner
Review and process rental applications, including conducting background and credit checks
Negotiate lease agreements and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner
Maintain knowledge of the local rental market and adjust rental rates accordingly
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective leasing strategies
Organize and attend property events to attract potential tenants
Conduct move-in and move-out inspections with tenants
Address and resolve tenant complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Maintain accurate records of leasing activity, including rental rates and occupancy rates
Coordinate with maintenance and cleaning staff to ensure properties are always in top condition for showings
Stay up-to-date on fair housing laws and ensure all leasing practices are in compliance

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in leasing or property management
Knowledge of fair housing laws and leasing best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software
High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
