Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Wholesale Distribution Coordinator to join our team. As the Wholesale Distribution Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the distribution of our products to our customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. You will work closely with our sales team, warehouse staff, and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the distribution of our products to our wholesale customers, including monitoring inventory levels, processing orders, and coordinating shipments.
• Communicate with our sales team to understand customer needs and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Work closely with our warehouse staff to ensure accurate picking and packing of orders.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to schedule and track shipments, and to resolve any issues that may arise during transportation.
• Monitor delivery performance and proactively address any delays or issues to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and customer orders.
• Continuously improve distribution processes and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies for expanding our customer base and increasing sales.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to make informed decisions regarding distribution strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in wholesale distribution or logistics.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
