Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Packaging Materials Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement packaging strategies that support the company's overall goals and objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure packaging materials meet product specifications and quality standards
• Manage all aspects of the packaging materials supply chain, including sourcing, procurement, and inventory management
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure the best prices and terms for packaging materials
• Monitor and analyze packaging materials usage and costs to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
• Oversee the development and implementation of packaging material specifications and testing protocols
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards for packaging materials

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in packaging materials management, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
• Proven experience in developing and implementing packaging strategies that support business objectives
• Experience in managing a team and fostering a collaborative and positive work environment
