Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for all interpretation and translation needs within the company.
Coordinate and schedule interpretation and translation services for meetings, conferences, and other company events.
Manage and maintain the company's database of interpreters and translators, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
Collaborate with various departments to identify and prioritize interpretation and translation needs.
Develop and maintain relationships with external language service providers to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of services.
Monitor interpretation and translation requests to ensure they are completed within the agreed upon timeframe and budget.
Review and edit translated materials for accuracy and cultural sensitivity.
Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical requirements related to interpretation and translation services.
Provide training and support to employees on the effective use of interpretation and translation services.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in interpretation and translation technology.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Translation, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in interpretation and translation coordination.
Proficiency in at least two languages, including English.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Proficient in the use of interpretation and translation software.
Understanding of cultural differences and sensitivity towards different cultures.
Knowledge of legal and ethical standards related to interpretation and translation services.
Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours, if needed.
