Key Responsibilities:

Conduct reservoir analysis and modeling to determine the location, size, and productivity of potential oil and gas reservoirs
Design well completion and stimulation techniques to enhance well productivity
Evaluate well performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Develop drilling plans and supervise drilling operations to ensure efficient and safe execution
Monitor and analyze production data to identify any potential issues and implement corrective actions
Collaborate with geologists to optimize well placement and identify new drilling locations
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve operations and maximize oil and gas recovery
Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations
Prepare technical reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management and other stakeholders

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the oil and gas industry
Strong knowledge of reservoir engineering, well completion, and production techniques
Proficient in reservoir simulation software and other engineering tools
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
