Position: Bar and Beverage Director

Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Bar and Beverage Director to join our team. As the Bar and Beverage Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our bar and beverage operations, including creating and implementing strategies to increase revenue, managing inventory and costs, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a key leadership role within our organization, and we are looking for a talented individual who is passionate about the hospitality industry and driven to achieve success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement innovative strategies to increase bar and beverage revenue, including creating unique menus, implementing pricing strategies, and executing promotions and events.
• Manage and control inventory levels, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and wastage is minimized.
• Monitor and analyze sales and financial reports to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to drive profitability.
• Oversee the hiring, training, and development of bar and beverage staff, ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional service to our customers.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members to drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable Contracts to ensure the best quality and pricing for our products.
• Plan and execute special events, including private parties and functions, to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue.
• Stay current with industry trends and implement new and creative ideas to enhance the bar and beverage offerings and stay ahead of competition.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the bar and beverage industry.
• Proven track record of success in increasing revenue and managing costs.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• In-depth knowledge of bar and beverage operations, including inventory management, cost control, and mixology.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Point of Sale systems.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
