Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of the leasing process from start to finish, including marketing, property tours, lease agreements, and move-ins.
Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to attract potential tenants and maintain a high occupancy rate.
Respond to all leasing inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and detailed information about available units and the rental application process.
Conduct thorough background and credit checks on potential tenants to ensure they meet our rental criteria.
Coordinate and conduct property tours for potential tenants, highlighting the unique features and amenities of each unit.
Negotiate lease terms and conditions with potential tenants, striving to secure the best possible outcome for both parties.
Prepare and execute lease agreements, ensuring all necessary documents are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Facilitate the move-in process for new tenants, including key exchange, walkthroughs, and utility setup.
Communicate effectively with current tenants to address any concerns or issues, and maintain positive relationships to encourage lease renewals.
Keep accurate records and reports of leasing activities, including vacancy rates, market trends, and tenant feedback.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in leasing, property management, or a related industry.
Strong knowledge of leasing laws, fair housing regulations, and rental market trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
High level of organization and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
