Position Overview: As a Video Production Specialist, you will be responsible for all aspects of video production, from concept development to final delivery. You will work closely with our clients, creative team, and production crew to ensure that all projects are completed on time and exceed our clients' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and creative team to develop video concepts that align with their vision and goals
• Write scripts and create storyboards to guide the production process
• Conduct pre-production tasks such as casting, location scouting, and equipment setup
• Direct and manage production crew during filming, ensuring shots are executed according to plan
• Edit raw footage to create a cohesive and engaging video
• Add graphics, animation, and sound effects to enhance the final product
• Work with clients to make any necessary revisions and ensure their satisfaction
• Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve our video production process
• Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote completed videos and reach a wider audience

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in film, media production, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in video production, preferably in a creative agency or production company
• Strong storytelling and scriptwriting skills
• Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
• Knowledge of motion graphics and animation software such as After Effects or Motion
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• A creative and innovative mindset
• A strong portfolio showcasing previous video production work
