Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a consulting role, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects
• Strong understanding of business processes and operations, with expertise in at least one industry
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software and tools
• Willingness to travel as needed
