About the Role: As an Education Program Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of education programs for Maracana Tech Institute. This role requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication and project management skills. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including teachers, students, and community organizations, to ensure the successful execution of education initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the education team to develop and implement educational programs that align with the organization's mission and objectives
• Conduct research to identify best practices, trends, and innovations in education to enhance program development
• Develop program timelines, budgets, and resources, and monitor progress to ensure timely and effective delivery of programs
• Identify and establish partnerships with schools, community organizations, and other relevant stakeholders to support program implementation and expansion
• Coordinate and facilitate training sessions for teachers and volunteers involved in program delivery
• Develop and maintain program evaluation tools to measure the effectiveness and impact of education programs
• Prepare reports and presentations on program outcomes and make recommendations for improvement
• Manage program budget and expenses, ensuring efficient use of resources
• Stay up-to-date with education policies, regulations, and funding opportunities to inform program development
• Provide support and guidance to program staff and volunteers, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment
• Act as a liaison between the organization and program stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships and effective communication channels

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Sciences, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in program coordination, preferably in an education-related field
• Strong understanding of education principles, methodologies, and best practices
• Exceptional project management skills with a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt messaging to diverse audiences
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
• Knowledge of program evaluation and data analysis techniques
