Job Overview: As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and delivering complex technical projects within our organization. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. Your technical expertise and project management skills will be essential in driving our projects to success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring that all project deliverables are met within the agreed timeline, budget, and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to effectively manage project resources and ensure project milestones are met.
• Communicate project progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders, including senior management, and provide regular project status updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and requirements, and ensure that all project phases are completed in alignment with business goals.
• Manage and coordinate project tasks and assignments, providing regular feedback and coaching to ensure team members are meeting project objectives and deadlines.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans to minimize potential impact on project timelines and deliverables.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting open communication, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct project evaluations and post-implementation reviews to identify areas for improvement and incorporate lessons learned into future projects.
• Stay updated on the latest technological advancements and industry trends to continuously improve project management processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing and delivering complex technical projects, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong technical background and understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience in managing project budgets and resources.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• Proficient in project management tools and software.
