Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time
Review project plans and specifications, identifying any potential issues or conflicts
Communicate with project managers, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure project goals are met
Monitor and evaluate project progress, identifying and addressing any delays or issues that may arise
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards on job sites
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure quality standards are being met
Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders
Manage and resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise during construction
Provide regular updates to project managers and clients on project progress and any potential issues
Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements on projects
Mentor and train junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent
Extensive knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
Proven experience managing and overseeing multiple construction projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
Proficient in construction software and project management tools
Knowledge of safety regulations and standards
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel to job sites as needed
