Key Responsibilities:

Install and set up industrial robots according to specifications and safety standards.
Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance of industrial robots.
Diagnose and repair any mechanical, electrical, or programming issues with industrial robots.
Program and reprogram industrial robots as needed to adapt to changes in production processes.
Collaborate with engineers and production teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
Train and mentor junior technicians on the proper use and maintenance of industrial robots.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.
Stay updated on the latest technology and advancements in industrial robotics to improve processes and efficiency.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in robotics or automation is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Industrial Robot Technician.
Strong knowledge of industrial robots, including programming, troubleshooting, and repair.
Proficient in reading and interpreting technical manuals and schematics.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
Willingness to work flexible hours and be on call for emergencies.
