Responsibilities:

Develop and implement instructional programs and strategies to enhance student learning and achievement
Collaborate with teachers and other instructional staff to design and deliver effective instruction
Conduct needs assessments and provide recommendations for instructional improvements
Analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of instructional programs and make necessary adjustments
Facilitate professional development workshops and trainings for teachers on various instructional strategies and technologies
Develop and maintain instructional materials, resources, and tools to support teachers and students
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and research in education and incorporate them into instructional practices
Provide instructional support and coaching to teachers to improve their instructional delivery and student engagement
Collaborate with district and school leaders to align instructional goals and strategies with district and state standards
Monitor student progress and provide interventions and support as needed
Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to provide updates on student progress and to solicit their feedback and involvement in their child's education

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or teaching
Knowledge of instructional strategies, pedagogy, and technology integration
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
Experience in facilitating professional development workshops and trainings
Knowledge of data analysis and using data to inform instructional practices
Familiarity with state and district standards and assessments
Passion for education and a commitment to student success
