Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced International Relations Manager to join our dynamic team. As the International Relations Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, both domestically and internationally, in order to promote and enhance the organization's global presence and reputation. This is a pivotal role within the company, requiring a strategic mindset, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of international relations and cultural diversity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, non-government organizations, and international partners.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all international inquiries and communications, ensuring timely and effective responses.
• Conduct research and analysis on global political, economic, and social trends, and provide recommendations to senior management on potential impacts and opportunities.
• Plan and coordinate international events and initiatives, such as conferences, trade shows, and networking events, to promote the organization's global reach.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute international marketing and communication strategies, ensuring consistency and alignment with the organization's values and objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of international relations efforts, and provide regular reports to senior management on key metrics and outcomes.
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to international relations, and ensure compliance with all applicable requirements.
• Foster a culture of diversity and inclusivity within the organization, promoting cross-cultural understanding and collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in International Relations, Political Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in international relations, with a proven track record of successful relationship building and management.
• In-depth knowledge of global political, economic, and social landscapes, and ability to navigate complex international environments.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
• Proven experience in project management, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Fluency in multiple languages is preferred.
