Key Responsibilities:

Manage reservations for our company, including booking, confirmation, and cancellation processes.
Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in-person to provide information about our services, availability, and pricing.
Maintain accurate records of reservations, payments, and customer information.
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and operations, to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, changes in policies, and new offerings to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
Work closely with the marketing team to promote our services and attract new customers.
Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and scheduling.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in hospitality, tourism, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or reservation role.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and reservation management software.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
